All About Me
In 2014, I became a certified Transformational Coach. NLP practitioner to help women reconnect with themselves and design lives filled with purpose, joy, and authenticity. I’ve had the honour of supporting women as they navigate life transitions and personal growth.

As a mother of two and wife of 20 years, I deeply understand the transitions and challenges that come with this phase of life. But I also know the incredible opportunities it brings—to dream again, to redefine yourself, and to live with purpose and joy. As women, we often wear so many hats—mother, wife, career professional, caregiver—that it’s easy to lose sight of who we are outside of those roles. My mission is to help you peel back those layers, uncover your unique strengths and desires, and step boldly into the life you were meant to live. I know first-hand the challenges women face in balancing the needs of others with their own desires and dreams. I’ve lived through the transitions, the self-doubt, and the questions of, Who am I beyond all these roles? And that’s why I’m so passionate about guiding other women through this journey of rediscovery.
